“What a fabulous place. The dumplings here are the best I’ve had in Colorado. They make their dumplings from scratch every day. The soup dumplings are delicious. The crispy chicken is yummy and I loved the spicy pork wontons. Oh and the pork steamed buns were out of this world. I mean everything we had was amazing. The owner is the kindest person ever. Definitely take her recommendations. I will definitely be coming back. I’m so happy you’re here! Thank you!”

“We recently held our son's and our new daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and every detail was perfect! Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! It's hard to pick a favorite dish since we ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Great co*cktails and wine list too! A special callout to our new in-laws (the Francas and the Englishs of Thornton) for recommending Parma! We highly recommend Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and their talented/customer focused team for their delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service!”

“Ambiance and service was top notch when we stopped by on a quiet and sunny Sunday afternoon to take advantage of their ample outdoor seating. This really is a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon outside with friends and family playing games and chatting. The only thing missing here in my opinion is a good IPA. The sours, lagers and heffs are all great but the IPA's are just lacking something. I sampled the DIPA, AIPA and their Hazy and they were just, meh. Idk not a deal breaker due to the atmosphere and outdoor space here but would be even better with a solid IPA.”

“We love Bao in Louisville. We are so happy that this restaurant has survived the Louisville fire. This year our family ordered a Bao Christmas. We ordered sushi appetizers and dinners to go. Tammie at the front desk was always so helpful and nice and the gentleman, who had actually just started working at the café, was so nice and had outstanding customer service. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms, especially the one with the balcony, were so warm and inviting! We highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely return.”

“Tbh, the best take out Chinese food in Lafayette/Louisville. I’ve been getting take out from here for about 10 years now and have never had a single problem with consistency, flavor, portion size, or price. Very well rounded and established business. Could not say the same about shifu express, or colorado wok, if you want good quality food, skip the rest and come here. It’ll never disappoint.”

The staff from cooks to servers is amazing and they have an amazing B.L.T. for those who are not even golfing its a great spot to come by for a meal. They also have specials on most holidays that are well worth checking out. The staff told me after the fire they have lost a lot of regulars due to the homes being burnt down so it's worthwhile to stop by for a meal or drink to keep this gem alive.”

“Visiting from out of town and was craving some Lo Mein. This place was within walking distance of where I'm staying, so I headed over. I'm really, really glad I did. The restaurant is beautifully set up and so inviting. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My Lo Mein was absolutely delicious, as was the Kiwi Boba Tea I got. “We've been regular customers of yours (great sandwiches!) and I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees who was working the lunch shift today. I think someone else had called in sick and they weren't able to find anyone else to come in - There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers and your staff busted a gut to make everyone's sandwiches as fast as humanly possible! Plus they were super nice and friendly, even under extra pressure. The girl that was working (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) was especially sweet and just working as hard as she could.
